My name is Steve.  My family and I are the founders of T.J. Rancher and I've spent  most of my adult life on the road.  I've lived or traveled on most continents and I've spent months at a time, working and living on the road.  What I noticed more than anything, is that there were never any places to stay that seem to really care about  enjoying the experience.  Your typical hotel is tiny, dark and depressing.  Short term rentals are uncomfortable and feel awkward. 

 

After twenty years of seeing the world through the lens of Hilton, Hyatt, Marriot, and Holiday Inn, I decided that we deserve better.  We deserve an experience that makes working on the road enjoyable.  I wanted to look forward to working on the road.  I wanted to bring my family with and see and explore the towns together.

 

I wanted to live my life - and not pause it everytime I left home.  That's why we did this.  That's what T.J. Rancher is all about.

Our properties are always built from the ground up - to provide you the most relaxing and stress free experience while you're on the road.  Each Rancher comes with a full Kitchen or Kitchenette,  Smart TVs, free use of all entertainment (VR PlayStation or Switch, Tents, Kayaks, Backpacks, Snowshoes, Dirtbikes (where allowed), Bicycles, board games, puzzles, and much more).

Ranchers come fully stocked with after work drinks, snacks, and all the essentials to make a real meal (We even stock the pantry basics like flour and sugar).  We can also arrange meal services and local delivery.

 

Forgot something?  Just let us know - we can have it waiting in your Rancher by the time your return from a day's work (or play).

Want to bring your family?  Don't worry, they are all welcome.  They have the same access to everything you do - with no change in price.  Even dogs are welcome and encouraged.  With our fully fenced property and heated sheds, your dogs will be in heaven.

Have a RV and want to live in it?  You're in luck.  Our Ranchers have dedicated RV parking with full hook ups (Water, Sewer, Electric, and Wifi).

Need a special pillow, bedside fan, white noise maker, power adapter for EU devices, smoothie maker, pressure cooker, baking supplies, On Demand Entertainment, comic books (yes, we even have drawers full of comic books)?
